Cohesion is an important magic weapon for a company to improve work efficiency, and a sense of responsibility is the most basic quality that every company employee should possess. In order to improve the company's internal cohesion and employees' sense of responsibility, on November 22th, 2013, the head office initiated a speech event on the theme of "I love my company and enhance the sense of responsibility" for all employees of the company. The activity was divided into four parts: Firstly, with the theme of "I love my company and enhance the sense of responsibility", all employees talked about the company's emotional experience and the sense of responsibility at work. Secondly, connected with personal reality and combined "I love my company and enhance my sense of responsibility" with their own personal experience. Thirdly, based on the experience of the previous two events, expressed their thoughts on the theme of the event. This time, regardless of the way of expression, they could express their own spurs and expectations to everyone by showing their personal talents such as poetry. Fourthly, they were about to usher in a brand new 2014. This year was an important year for our company to grow.
