Safety is first, and prevention is first. It can be said that safety is closely related to our lives. Adhering to safety first and ensuring production safety and stability is an inevitable requirement for the creation of a modern enterprise and a long-term task for the sustainable development of the enterprise. We are all responsible and obliged to ensure safety for production of various jobs.

In order to set off a climax of "popularizing safety knowledge and ensuring life safety", the "Safety Month Campaign" was carried out in-depth and actively implemented the Group's publicity month program. On the occasion of in-depth safety production, on June 25th, 2013, Haicheng Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. jointly organized a safety knowledge contest and a safety fire drill, in order to further promote the safety production and mastery of the unit and the smooth development of safety skills work. Make employees proficient in the fire self-rescue skills of receiving fire alarms and the ability to coordinate and cooperate with other departments, and enhance the fire prevention awareness and teamwork capabilities of all employees.

The focus of the production safety accident drill was to focus on the fire. This fire drill was carefully arranged and the company leaders attached great importance to it. All the staff were in their respective positions, performing their duties and being serious and responsible to ensure that the drills were foolproof. In accordance with the requirements of national laws and regulations and the deployment of the group company, under the direct leadership of senior leaders, the HPMM General Office and the LHDC Safety Office planned, organized and implemented this fire drill. It also provided a reference for the actual operation of many emergency plans. The exercise officially started at 10:00 am on the 25th. Leaders attending the event included Wang Zhengwu, general manager of HPMM, Chen Baogang, chairman of the Labor Union, Ge Fei, LHDC deputy safety director in charge of safety.

General Manager Zhao Lin, Deputy General Manager Yu Tao, Chief Safety Officer Zhao Chunzhong, Haicheng City Safety Supervision Bureau Director Xiao Chuanqi, and Xisi Town Industrial Office Director Qiao Kai. Manager Wang Zhengwu proposed three guarantees for this exercise: to ensure the safety of the exercise personnel, the staff, and the entire exercise. Director Zhao of the LHDC Safety Office directed the exercise site, issued exercise orders, observed the exercise, and exercised full control over the exercise. HPMM security captain Ma Yibo explained and demonstrated the use of dry powder fire extinguishers. At 10:30, the six representative teams participating in the exercise conducted the exercise on the spot. The exercise was tense and orderly, the emergency environment was created to be realistic, and the safety assurance work was foolproof. Through emergency drills, all employees were familiar with the necessary emergency operations, and further enhanced their awareness of prevention and emergency escape and self-rescue ability, understand and master how to identify dangers, how to take necessary emergency measures, how to call the police, how to safely evacuate people, etc. ,basic operations, familiar with the procedures and requirements of emergency drills, understand all possible dangers and preventive measures, so that everyone could get exercise, once an accident occurs, know what to do, and how to do it.

Although our emergency exercises had ended, our exercises for emergency response plans had just started. In order to continuously improve the safety awareness and emergency rescue capabilities of all employees, so as to achieve rapid, orderly, timely and effective results in emergency operations, we would regularly carry out emergency plan training, training or exercises to improve The emergency rescue skills and comprehensive quality of emergency response of all employees effectively reduce accident hazards, accident losses, and ensure the company's safe, healthy and orderly development.

At 1:00 pm, a safety knowledge contest was held in the meeting room on the fifth floor of the company. The teams participating in this competition included HPMM Machining Team, LHDC Drilling Team, HPMM Workover Rigs Team, LHDC Agency Team, HPMM Heat Treatment Team, and LHDC Well Test Team. In accordance with the requirements and regulations of the company’s production safety knowledge competition, the company’s production safety knowledge competition leadership team had formulated strict competition rules. The contestants were calm, witty, and showed no weakness, interacting on stage and off stage, echoing each other on and off the stage. The climax was repeated, the level and style were truly out of the competition, and the good spirit of the company's employees was out of the competition. In the end, LHDC Agency Team won the championship in one fell swoop, HPMM Machining Team took the second place, and HPMM Workover RigS Team took the third place. With the high attention of leaders at all levels and the active participation of employees, the safety production knowledge competition and publicity work had been implemented and received practical results, which had truly improved all employees' awareness of production safety laws and production safety prevention awareness. During the activity, we found some problems and shortcomings in production safety. We will further improve safety regulations, strengthen management, supervise rectification, and strictly clarify the safety responsibility system to ensure the production safety of the group company.
