At the beginning of the New Year of 2018, the 50012 team, with the joy of the New Year and enthusiasm for work, actively followed the company's unified deployment, and the personnel on the sixth day of the first month started to go to the well. After arriving at the well, the equipment was unsealed under the arrangement of the project department. After the unsealing, various equipment and parts of the well site were counted according to the company's requirements, and the inventory and physical verification were carried out before sealing. Then a team mobilization meeting was held to explain the importance of safety, requiring employees to strictly abide by operating procedures, to enhance environmental protection awareness, and conveyed the spirit of company documents to enhance their sense of responsibility and cohesion. After the meeting, under the leadership of the team leaders, each worker carried out a thorough cleaning, inspection and maintenance of the equipment under their jurisdiction. At the same time, the project department also actively prepared the well control equipment, various gas defense equipment, and personnel certificates for checking and handling. While these reports are being processed, the team leader Zhang Yumin actively organized the installation of the wellhead brickwork, the conversion flange, heightening flange and side conductors, and the standardized cement foundation pier fixation of the ignition device, which affected the well site’s safety and on-site standardization rectification, which was for the full preparations of the second opening as quickly after the packer device was to the well.

In 2018, in order to meet new challenges, our 50012 team, with the care and support of leaders at all levels, actively learned safety knowledge with well control rules of Changqing oilfield, and  well blowout practices under different working conditions, and the key posts have to master the principle, performance and operation of well control equipment, to increase the measures to deal with well blowout under casing and cementing conditions, to let the staff watch the well control case video, and to carry out case analysis from the experience and lessons study to improve workers’ overall skills,  from the management system and the spirit of the documents issued by the company to know the direction of the company and its bright future, for successfully achieving the year targets of 2018 proposed by our company.
