Because of the heavy rain, the team leader Zhang Yumin and director immediately activated the flood control emergency plan, and set up a rescue team to go to the scene as soon as possible to check the mud pool and the ditch. Therefore, the danger was discovered in time, and workers were quickly organized to rescue. All the employees rushed to the oil tank area under the torrential rain and hail. Due to the rapid flow of rain, the deputy team leader Zhang Hailong was specifically responsible for observing changes in the dangerous situation, so as to evacuate personnel to a safe area in time. Team leader Zhang Yumin personally led everyone to build a dam in front of the oil tank to change the direction of rainwater and quickly drain, and then pile from the bottom of the ditch to the bottom of the oil tank to form a solid wall to reduce the impact of rainwater and direct erosion of soil and spread plastic sheets on the slopes of the mountains to prevent new dangers caused by later rainfall.
