On June 27th, 2015, HPMM Group held the third safety basic knowledge contest in the large conference room on the fifth floor of the main building of the Group, and the second “Security Cup” --I Want Safety and I Want Health Theme Speech Competition Finals, organized watching the "Safety Production Month" series of activities such as "The Cost of Crossing the Red Line" and other safety production accident warning education films. Participating in this event were the HPMM Group Labor Union Committee, Haicheng Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd.; and other 11 Group subsidiaries, general manager of LHDC Zhao Lin and general manager of HPMM Wang Yuefeng attended the event.

At 12:30 in the afternoon, the third quiz on safety basic knowledge officially began. This quiz was to implement the national safety production policy, the safety production responsibility system, and create a strong atmosphere of “safety management, everyone is responsible”; establish the idea of “safety is first” and create “everyone manages safety, everyone of the harmonious enterprise of "people need safety" highlights the theme of "strengthening safety legal system and guaranteeing safe production", and vigorously creates a cultural atmosphere for HPMM Group safety production. The strength of each participating team was strong, the team members of each group were fully prepared, full of energy, and the atmosphere on the court was climaxed. The competition was extremely fierce, showing the rich safety knowledge level of each team. In the end, the representative team of Liaohe Engineering Technology Service Company won the final victory.

The final of the speech contest officially started at 2:10 pm. Accompanied by soft background music, the contestants gave generous speeches on the podium. Some contestants might have forgotten the speech or the speech process was not smooth because of a little nervousness, but the colleagues in the audience gave encouraging applause. Let the players relax as much as possible and better complete their speech content. The speech contest became more and more fierce. The contestants infected the judges and the audience with their high-pitched voices and impassioned emotions. There was a thunderous applause at the competition site, and the audience was enthusiastic about the speech contest. After the speech, Zhao Lin, general manager of LHDC, made the finishing touches to the competition. He said: "Tonight's speech competition was held successfully. Regardless of the results of the competition, every player on the stage is the winner." The audience burst into enthusiastic applause, which is a hymn to every player.

At 3:20 pm, the speech contest officially ended. The first place in this speech contest was finally won by Yang Lu from LHDC.

At 3:30 pm, HPMM Group organized and watched "The Cost of Crossing the Red Line" and other production safety accident warning education films. By watching the safety production warning education film, everyone deeply realized the importance of safety production to every employee, and realized that only by building safety production ideas in the hearts of every employee and striving to improve safety awareness and safety quality can it be effective contain and prevent production safety accidents and promote the safe and harmonious development of enterprises.

At 4:20 in the afternoon, the "Safety Production Month" series of activities officially came to an end. This activity received strong support from the leaders of the group and the active cooperation of various departments. At the same time, it was also inseparable from the active participation of employees. The "Safety Production Month" series of activities popularized the safety knowledge of the majority of employees of the group in the form of entertaining and learning, improved the employees' safety awareness and the ability to deal with disasters, and enriched the content of the employees' spare time. It is hoped that through this competition, employees can learn more about safety knowledge, improve their awareness and ability of safety precautions, further implement the safety production responsibility system, effectively prevent and control the occurrence of safety accidents, and enable HPMM to be safe and efficient.
